Destined

Whatever is destined to happen- it will happen!!!

Such a big statement, and heavy too!!

A small story around it..

Siya was sitting peacefully sipping her morning hot tea and her phone rang. She was at peace as morning rush was over, kids were on the way to school, husband went to the office. She thought of having a tea and then after an hour or so had planned to start her work. 

Puzzled by seeing unknown number on the phone, she picked. It was her daughter. She called from someone else mobile as she forgot hers at home. That also she realised only after boarding the bus. 

She sounded a bit panic to Siya.. after hearing her, Siya realised what had happened. Siya’s son used to travel with her sister, everyday to school by public transport. And he forgot his school bag in the bus. Siya appreciated her daughter’s  presence of mind to inform Siya immediately whatever happened. Siya asked her to relax, go to school, and mange both of their lunches and breakfast. Also, requested her to inform her son’s class teacher about he not having his school bag as well as lunch bag with him. Her daughter must have done as instructed, as she was quite matured and a responsible girl. 

Siya registered the complaint on lost and found department of transport office and meanwhile tried to keep the track of the bus in which he forgot his bag. In an hour’s time Siya got a call from the bus dept that the bag had been found and deposited in their main office. The main office was just few stops ahead of kid’s school. Siya was wondering that she had to travel now to the main office and get the bag. 

A day before her son requested Siya to drop him to school, but Siya had some important office work so she asked both of them to follow their own routine. And see what happened now..she had to go with the same bus and same route to collect his bag…

Was it destined for her to travel in that bus…. Siya started thinking.

Soon, she was ready to go.. and finally boarded the bus which was destined for her for that day!!!!!
